Registrants at the 2026 IPhA Annual Conference may earn up to 11.0 contact hours of continuing pharmacy education. In order to receive CPE credit, all meeting attendees must complete and submit an activity evaluation form online for each course attended along with completing the overall meeting evaluation form. Links to evaluations can be found online at the Lecture Panda Link listed in the program booklet and above. Complete educational program descriptions are located in the back of the program booklet.

The Illinois Pharmacists Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education
Please make sure to write down the course codes in your program booklet next to EACH session you attend. Course codes are required to unlock each program evaluation. Course codes will ONLY be
given out at the end of each session and staff will not be able to provide them to you at a later time.  Program evaluations will be accessed through a link on the Conference website or in the 2026 Conference Program Booklet available onsite to registered guests.
Confirmation of attendance for the various sessions will be sent by IPhA on behalf of participants to the NABP through the CPE Monitor system. Attendees are responsible for correctly entering their own NABP e-Profile ID and MONTH and DAY of birth. In addition, participants will be responsible for to entering the correct program code(s) for evaluations to be valid.
As a best practice, attendees are responsible for verifying CE credits have correctly been uploaded into their own CPE Monitor account. Credit is typically available within 48 hours of completion of course evaluations as well as the overall conference evaluation.
It is the policy of the IL Pharmacists Association to ensure balance, independent, objectivity, and scientific rigor in all its educational programs. All faculty participating in this program are expected to
disclose to the program audience any real or apparent conflicts of interest related to the content of the presentation.
