Your Response Is Needed!

Click here for overview of HB-5614 and SB-2222

Over the past three weeks, IPhA has sent several requests to please contact your State legislator to support the pending PBM Legislation.  The current status is that the bills have been “stripped” of all substantive language to allow all stakeholders to meet with PBM representatives to hear their comments and input on the bills.

Currently the bills are SB-5614 sponsored by Rep. Reitz and SB-2222 sponsored by Sen. Cullerton.  We have added several additional sponsors, but more contact is needed and your legislators MUST hear from you or they will most certainly assume that this bill is not important to pharmacies.

Please take a moment and let us know if you have spoken with your legislators.  Take a minute and let us know with whom you have spoken and the feedback of their comments.

Who did you talk to? Their Response…support, will
co-sponsor, no, etc.

Legislators must be convinced that this legislation is important to pharmacies and their patients.   If you have not yet contacted your legislator please do so today!
